3a 1.3 Equipment

It appears that this request is asking for a system that is not compatible with current ACS. The currently installed ACS on all doors in 90021 is Hirsch-Identiv. If the doors for the new system for ACS is Vindicator, they will not integrate, they do not use the same cards, and they are separately controlled and operated.

Is this what the end user wants (two (2) separately controlled and operated systems)?

Yes, two separate control systems Vindicator that reports back to base BDOC and Hirsch system is separate that does not report back to BDOC. The Hirsch system and Volcity sysyem application is controlled by 505CCW/IP offcie and is used to grant door access.

4 1.3 Equipment 3 Vindicator door access system (door identification reader).

There is conduit installed above the ceiling that provides a pathway for connection to the ACS and to the 2nd floor.

What is the classification of the area? I.E open storage secret, SCIF, or SAP.

Currently area in Controlled Access Area (CAA) but once IDS-ACS is installed and certified, 705TRS will coordinate with base resource protection off and 1 SOW/Ip to recertify area and an Secret open storage area.

No, it must remain inside the 1st floor comm room.

Are you looking for 1 year maintenance or just 1 year warranty on parts and workmanship?

1 year warranty on parts and workmanship.

Is the intent to have Vindicator ACS on all three (3) doors mentioned in the SOW?
