Questions and Answers 21 June 2021

1. the forklift pockets, What is laden and unladen

- unladen (inner) pockets are for lifting empty, laden (outer) pockets is for lifting when full.

2. Restraint system, shoring slot will support 2” x 6” lumber - please explain.

- Slot to place dunnage to place shoring. This is a brace and prevents items from coming out of the ISO Container.

3. For the Bicon: tie down steel lashing rings - where do you want these?

- Where the floor meets wall and the ceiling meets the wall are where the steel lashing rings. (see attached 2 pictures).

4. Can we provide TAA compliance containers? Or could be from China?

-You are welcome to provide TAA containers; however, no Trade Agreements apply to this acquisition. In accordance with 25.401 and DFARS 225.40, trade agreements do not apply to small business set asides.

5. Is it an exemption on FAR 52.247-64 US FLAG Vessel?

- We will be evaluating offers in accordance with 252.225-7001, Buy American Act and Balance of Payments Program.
