Additional provisions address taxation matters for foreign procurements under 26 U.S.C. 5000C, representations regarding tax compliance for contracts exceeding $7 million, and certification requirements when only one offer is received. The document includes contact information for the contracting officer (SSgt Danny Alamin) and environmental point of contact (Kayla Seiffert), with the WAWF helpdesk available at 866-618-5988.
