About this file
This document is a Past Performance Questionnaire related to a federal contract opportunity for Architect-Engineering (A-E) design services at Laughlin Air Force Base, Texas. It is to be completed by an evaluator and provides rating criteria for assessing the contractor's past performance in areas such as cost control, quality control, schedule control, and compliance with laws and regulations. The questionnaire also asks whether the evaluator would award another contract to the contractor and if they were provided an opportunity to discuss any negative performance ratings. The overall rating is to be provided at the end. The related federal contract opportunity is a pre-solicitation for A-E design services, including Title I, Title II, and other architect-engineering services to construct new facilities, repair, renovate, and/or restore existing facilities at Laughlin Air Force Base. The solicitation number is FA309924Q1013 and is being issued by the Department of the Air Force Air Education and Training Command.
