QUESTION GOVERNMENT RESPONSE
What will be the hours of operation and work days allowed to be at the site?
Per PWS Paragraph 3.0 - Work shall be done during regular duty hours from 0730 to 1630 CST. The Contractor shall schedule their work around employees and student pilots that work/train on irregular hours or shifts. Work shall not be performed during federal holidays. The list of federal holidays are in PWS.
Requests may be placed to work outside of these hours, but shall be submitted to the Contracting Officer for approval. Any requests of this type shall be submitted no fewer than three (3) days in advance to when the Contractor plans to work outside of the designated hours. The request shall be submitted with a description of the type of work, the requested days, and the hours for those requested days.
On the PWS it notes: "D-J Length is approximately 351’ and Width is approximately 54’ each row"
