This is Amendment 0002 to Solicitation FA303026Q0029, issued by the 17 Contracting Squadron at Goodfellow Air Force Base, Texas on July 28, 2026. The amendment extends the quote submission deadline from July 30, 2026 at 2:00 PM CST to August 3, 2026 at 12:00 PM CST to allow time for offerors to review responses to submitted questions. Quotes and deliverables must be submitted via email only to MSgt Elzara Kimalova at elzara.kimalova@us.af.mil. The amendment includes responses to previously submitted questions in an attached Q&A document, a site visit sign-in sheet from the July 16, 2026 pre-bid conference held at Goodfellow AFB, and clarified submission procedures including an alternative method for submitting Facility Clearance letters via DISS screenshot.

The solicitation seeks a contractor to provide Virtual Desktop Infrastructure (VDI) deployment with network infrastructure implementation using new Original Equipment Manufacturer items only, compliant with DISA STIGs and Air Force approved hardware standards. Offerors must submit a completed SF1449, Technical Capability Statement (maximum 10 pages detailing VDI deployment strategy, OS Gold Image creation, Cisco network optimization, and STIG compliance), Proposed Equipment and Labor List, Draft OPSEC Plan, proof of active Facility Clearance, and a Firm-Fixed Price quote with breakdown by hardware, software licensing, labor, and travel. Award will be made to the lowest-priced proposal meeting all technical criteria, evaluated sequentially by price with technical evaluation of the lowest-priced proposal first. The Government will not review additional questions beyond those addressed in the amendment.
