About this file

This is a construction price proposal breakdown template designed for solicitation FA302226R0021, titled "B836 Replace Electrical in Airfield Lighting Vault," issued by the Department of the Air Force Air Education and Training Command. The template is an appendix that standardizes cost submission format rather than specifying required products or services.

The template requires offerors to provide vendor information (name, address, contact details, CAGE code) and itemize costs across multiple categories: bonds and insurance (certificate of insurance, performance bonds, payment bonds, and bid bonds); mobilization; architecture and engineering design (at 35%, 65%, 95%, and 100% completion levels); materials; equipment; labor (listed by hours and rate); and miscellaneous charges. A construction project grand total is required at the bottom. The document emphasizes that offerors bear the burden of proof for establishing the reasonableness of proposed pricing and must provide comprehensive supporting data and rationale for all costs as part of their proposal submission. Government personnel will rely on the proposal information being current, complete, accurate, and fully supportable in accordance with FAR 15.403-4 requirements regarding certified cost or pricing data.
