The system must provide both detection and defeat capabilities with early warning and response functions to reduce risk to training operations and generate auditable data for command decision-making. Deliverables include the Drone Shield Immediate Response Kit with Dronegun MK4A and RFPATROL MK2 Wideband, Magnetic Antenna Kit Wideband, C2-Tactical Rugged Belt (DELL), C2-Tactical Software Configuration with annual subscription (Year 2+), RFAI Annual Subscription for RFPATROL MK2 (Year 2+), additional year warranty (Year 2+, maximum 3 years), and on-site operator training (Train the Trainer/Basic Operator). All items must be new Original Equipment Manufacturer products; gray market or refurbished items are not acceptable.
The contractor must deliver all equipment within 45 days after receipt of order (ARO) to 680 Seventh Street, Suite 121, Columbus AFB, MS 39710. The contractor is responsible for installation, integration, and training. On-site integration services include system configuration, firmware updates, threat library loading, RF baseline mapping, sensor calibration to minimize false positives, and Site Acceptance Testing (SAT) in the presence of a government representative to verify power-up, component communication, and detection/defeat capability. Final government acceptance occurs only upon government inspection confirming the delivered items exactly match specifications and are free of defects, followed by government representative sign-off on the SAT completion document. The contractor must provide standard commercial OEM warranty commencing on government acceptance date and ensure authorized government access to OEM firmware and threat-library updates for the software license duration. Shipment is FOB Destination.
