The contractor is to provide pricing for wood back pews with spring seats, and should also include an optional quote to add a custom routing of the USAF HAP Arnold Wings Emblem to the pew ends. Disposal of the existing pews will be arranged by the contractor, as the base will not provide an open top dumpster. The pews are to be installed on the existing carpet.

Text version

1.) In those previous quotes they requested pricing for our wood back pew with spring seat

(940/989) as well as an alternate quote for the wood back pew with 3” padded seat without springs (940/982). Do I need to provide pricing for both or has one option been chosen?

Drawings of each are attached.

Answer: Include pricing for wood back pew with spring seat (940/989).

2.) All previous quotes also included a custom rout in the main aisle pew ends of either the Air

Force symbol or the Air Force Chaplain symbol. Do I need to include this option?

Answer: Include option for USAF HAP Arnold Wings Emblem. Example provided below:

If possible, quote this separately.

3.) Past work we have completed on various bases, the base provided the open top dumpster due to rules and regulations. Will an open top be provided, or will we have to arrange for this service to dispose of the existing pews?

Answer: Contractor will have to arrange for disposal service.

4.) Will there be new flooring/carpet installed or are the pews being installed on existing flooring? Normally if there is new carpet the pews will need to be installed a few days later to ensure the carpet settles correctly.

Answer: Pews will be installed on existing carpet.
