About this file
This is a Questions and Answers document for a 366th Training Squadron (366TRS) HVAC mini-split systems procurement. The requirement is for supply and delivery only, with no installation, startup, electrical work, or commissioning services required from the contractor.
Each quantity ordered represents a complete mini-split system including an indoor air handler, outdoor condenser, precharged line set, remote control, mounting components, and factory-supplied accessories. Delivery must occur within 30 days after contract award, and partial deliveries are not permitted. The delivery carrier must provide a lift gate for unloading, as no government forklift will be available without one. Systems must be palletized and delivered during base receiving hours of 0800-1400, Monday through Friday, with base access required and included in the quoted delivery price. The distance between outdoor and indoor units will be less than 25 feet. Line set covers, electrical disconnects, and equipment pads are not required as part of this procurement.
