About this file
This document is a detailed question and answer (Q&A) document for a cubicle relocation project. The scope involves relocating seven AIS-manufactured cubicles from rooms E240, E241, and 225-A to rooms D118 and D123, with a pure "as-is relocate/reinstall" approach. The project requires a licensed electrician to disconnect and reconnect (6) hardwire electrical connections, with no additional circuit modifications needed. Work will be performed during normal hours (Mon-Fri, 7:00 a.m.–4:00 p.m.), with potential weekend or after-hours work by mutual agreement. The contractor is responsible for supplying all equipment and safety protection items, and pricing will be a single firm-fixed-price (FFP) lump sum for all seven cubicle stations. The on-site point of contact is Phillip Castro, and base access details will be provided after contract award. No furniture removal, storage, or disposal is required beyond the cubicle relocation.
