Payment terms are Net 30, with invoicing submitted via Wide Area Workflow (WAWF). Items should be delivered in original, separate OEM packaging without physical installation of cases. No extended warranty, maintenance support beyond standard manufacturer warranty, insurance, bonding, or additional risk requirements apply. Limited nonconforming units may be replaced at Government discretion without waiving the right to reject the entire shipment. No deposit is available.
