QUESTIONS & ANSWERS: Cutoff date for contractor questions is 04:00 pm CST, 04 Feb 2026.

Question 1: For clarification purposes, please confirm what constitutes “acceptance” for invoicing. Is acceptance based upon delivery to the designated location, or after inspection and formal acceptance by the Government?

Government Response: Acceptance is based upon after inspection and formal acceptance by the Government.

Question 2: For clarification purposes, please confirm the Government’s standard payment terms for this requirement (e.g., Net 30) and the invoicing system to be used (e.g., WAWF).

Government Response: The Government’s standard payment terms for this requirement are Net 30.

Invoicing shall be submitted via Wide Area Workflow (WAWF).

Question 3: Will partial deliveries and corresponding partial invoices be permitted if the total quantity is delivered in multiple shipments?

Government Response: Partial deliveries and corresponding partial invoices will be permitted only if authorized in the contract or approved in writing by the Contracting Officer.

Question 4: If manufacturer lead times or supply chain constraints impact availability, will the Government consider reasonable delivery schedule adjustments provided advance notice is given?

Government Response: Delivery schedule adjustments will be considered on a case-by case basis and must be approved in writing by the Contracting Officer.

Question 5: Please confirm whether the requirement is strictly limited to the specified Apple iPad mini 7th generation and OtterBox Defender series case, or whether newer revisions or equivalent manufacturer SKUs would be considered technically acceptable.

Government Response: The requirement is strictly limited to the Apple iPad Mini 7th Gen and Otterbox Defender Series Case. No substitutions or equivalent products will be accepted.

Question 6: Are there any packaging, labeling, asset tagging, or inventory tracking requirements beyond standard manufacturer packaging?

Government Response: No. Standard manufacturer packaging is sufficient unless otherwise specified in the contract.

Question 7: If a limited number of units are found nonconforming during inspection, will the Government permit replacement of only the affected units rather than rejection of the entire shipment?

Government Response: Yes. If only a limited number of units are found nonconforming, the Government may, at its discretion, allow replacement or correction of the affected units. This does not waive the Government’s right to reject the entire shipment if warranted.
