The resort must supply audio-visual equipment for each conference room and offer daily on-site amenities including golf, spa, fitness center, pool, parking, and in-room internet access. The retreat will feature relationship training by a chaplain, focusing on spiritual and emotional connection, trust, and communication for military couples and their families.
The PWS includes specific requirements for contractor conduct, mandating professional behavior and prohibiting media interactions. The retreat is designed to support military families through a resiliency-focused event, with carefully structured meal and meeting spaces to facilitate training and social interaction. The contract emphasizes creating a safe, fun, and relaxing environment for military members and their spouses, with comprehensive logistical support from the selected resort facility.
