About this file
This Statement of Work (SOW) details a security camera replacement project for Buildings 1184B, 1184C, and 1184D at the 346 Training Squadron in Port Hueneme, CA. The project requires a stand-alone security monitoring system with 70 indoor cameras (63 indoor dome cameras and 7 outdoor cameras), three 4K 55-inch LED monitors, two Network Video Recorders, one workstation, network switches, CAT6 cabling, and associated equipment. The system must be capable of 24/7/365 recording with 30-day video storage, support Power over Ethernet, and include enterprise camera connection licenses. Installation will occur across multiple floors of three buildings, with cameras positioned in hallways, stairwells, dayrooms, and building exteriors to provide comprehensive monitoring coverage.
The work is to be performed between 7:30 p.m. and 4:30 p.m., Monday through Friday, with potential for weekend or holiday work upon government approval. The contractor is responsible for site maintenance, cleanup, energy conservation, and protecting government property during equipment removal and installation. The project concludes with a final government inspection to determine project acceptance. Specific technical requirements include 4-megapixel cameras with low-light capabilities, wide dynamic range, multiple compression standards, and IP66/IP67 protection for outdoor units.
