Text version
The 343 TRS provides Security Forces Training to all Air Force active-duty airmen. The Security Forces Academy graduates over 5,000 students per year and has an inventory of assets with a combined value of over $60M.
The current method of tracking inventory items issued to every student is a printed paper copy of the inventory. The need for a Radio-Frequency Identification (RFID) system to track inventory of items will drastically reduce the cost of lost equipment and reduce time spent tracking inventory
