1. Question: What is the static water level?

Government Response: As of Feb 29, 2016, the static head was estimated around 300 feet below ground level.

2. Question: What is the dynamic water level?

Government Response: The current dynamic water level is unknown.

3. Question On the well log from 2016 (Tracking #430648) it says there is 800 gallon per minute artesian flow. Is it known if the well is still currently artesian?

4. Current pump and motor data?

Government Response: The current pump and motor data is 150 HP submersible pump.

5. When was the original installation date?

Government Response: The original installation date is 2016

6. What is the discharge point of the well? Into a Reservoir?

Government Response: The discharge point for this well is in Salado Creek.

7. Possible causes of failure?

Government Response: The well pump is not operational and needs to be replaced.

8. Would it be possible to write a separate solicitation for the removal of the current pump, inspection of the pump and system? To remove the current pump and scope the pipes it will require a truck with a well crew and a crane with separate crew due to the door height, depth and location of the current pump.

9. If the answer to question 8 is “No”, would you consider quotes for the replacement of the entire system to include electrical components?

Government Response: No, the well pump is not operational and needs to be replaced.

10. Do you know the age and status of the current electrical system supporting the well?

Government Response: It was installed in 2016.
