ANSWER: 9' L x 7' 10" W x 29" D
2. If our viewing windows are larger (20” x 26”), is that an issue versus the requirement of 16” x 18”?
ANSWER: Window size is the minimal requirement. If a larger window is provided, is not an issue. Correction has been made to the SOW Salient Characteristics.

ANSWER: See answer to Question #1

ANSWER: See answer to Question #2
5. Can you please provide us the pit dimensions so that I can check for any discrepancy against our washer?
ANSWER: See answer to Question #1
6. Per the SOW, Section 1.1.2: Where will the existing washer need to be moved to after it is de-installed by the Contractor?
ANSWER: Unit to be placed on pallets, government will turn in to DRMO.
7. Per the SOW, Section 1.1.5: A site review and site dimensions (to include the existing wall openings, room dimensions, pit dimensions, ceiling height, and path of ingress and associated door sizes, dock size and semi-trailer capabilities) would be needed in order to comply with this requirement. It appears as if there are larger than typical grout pads in the existing pit that would need to be accounted for in our sump layout. Would a site review be possible for us to capture the data we need? Or will this information be provided?
ANSWER: If a site visit is required, please reach out to Charles House and Heather Sorensen at email addresses noted within RFQ no later than 7 Sep 2023, Thursday by 12:00PM San Antonio local time or sooner. Late responses for a site visit will not be considered.

9. I believe Girton is the only company in the industry that ulizes a 29" deep pit, and I can't find any informaon on their standard pit. From the pictures, I can see there are very large pit pads inside the pit that the washer sits on, but I can't locate all of them off the pictures. Do you have any old drawings of the pit so I can see what is going on with the pit pads? This may have an effect on our cost, so I just want to make sure I have everything straight.
ANSWER: See page 3 below
