6 SOW 2.7 10800 There are some areas that are open ceiling and need to be run with pipe or wire mesh. Do you agree that be superficial because there is not attic?

7 SOW 2.7 10800 In this building we could not see patch panel and horizontal management for the wire, according with the standard ANSI/TIA-942 for telecommunications room and ANSI/TIA-568 for commercial building cabling need to be install or are we going to plug straight to the switch?
The contractor shall come up with a soultion which is in section 2 of the SOW. Cabling shall be installed neatly and out of view when possible and not produce any safety hazards.
8 SOW 2.7 10800 The contractor will configure the switch or will be the local IT? The contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, supplies, tools, materials, and non-personal services necessary to install security monitoring system as defined in this Statement of Work (SOW).

However, SOW paragraph 3.10 indicates to provide 7,500 LF of CAT6e plenum cable to buildings 10800, 10802 and 10806. Please clarify which is correct.
The new cabling is for BLDG 10800 only since there are new cameras being placed in the student area. All other areas have existing cameras and existing cabling will be used.
13 SOW 2 ALL Are there any new camera, NVR or computer locations that are not utilizing existing locations? If yes, please identify these existing and new locations on the plan.
The other buildings will use the existing cabling for the cameras
14 SOW 2 ALL Will the contractor be turning over all excising equipment back to the government or is it the responsibility of the contractor to remove the equipment from each site?
The contractor will be turning the eqipment over ot the Government.
15 SOW 2 10504 Building 10504 does not have a workcation listed under the specifications. Will this building require 1 or more workcations?
The NVRs have connections coming up that would connect to the monitors.

16 SOW 2 10504 Building 10504 is calling for a premium version server instated of the standard server for buildings 10800, 10802, and 10806. Is there a need for the premium server at this building or will a standard server be accepted?

That work will be determined at the descretion of the contractor. The Government will need a schedule from the contractor.
25 SOW 2 ALL Are there any environmental surveys for the building we will be working on? To establish if we will encounter any asbestos or lead contaminants?

33 SOW 1 ALL The Statement of Work reads "The contractor shall provide..." but in the section of the scope of work we are reading it both ways where it tells us to provide and at the same time it tells us we would be installing.
Can you clarify and let us know if we need to actually provide the cameras and dvr's.

34 SOW 2 10800 In the briefing room in 10800, it’s calling for 4 interior cameras and 4 exterior cameras. Will we need a new raceway for the new cable, or can we use the existing raceway?

35 SOW 2 10800 In the site visit we noticed the existing raceway seemed to appear to be at capacity, discolored and seemed to be in a fragile state. We recommend providing a new raceway/conduit for new cable running to briefing room 10800 for new cameras. Does the government concur?
