(https://www.sba.gov/sites/default/files/2019- 08/SBA%20Table%20of%20Size%20Standards_Effective%20Aug@2019@2C%202019.pdf) Am I correct that the small business definition for this NAICS code is 1000 employees? You also note that the manufacturer shall provide a quote from a small business manufacturer IAW clause 52.219-33 (below). If there is not a manufacturer which is the basis of design, could you answer the following questions:
What exactly are intervening arms? That could mean several things, what is the government’s interpretation of intervening arms as it will apply to the Technical Factor #2 - Salient Characteristics? The purpose of the intervening arms is to provide individual seat space and prohibit the ability to lay down as well as add durability to the items.
Could you be more specific, possibly supply a picture of the Eye Kit Lock? Several versions show up on the internet and I just want to make sure I am pricing the correct item. Description provides SAMPLES of description, size/measurements, upholstery color, and wood finishes, and is not an exact depiction.
Could you provide a picture of Red Oak Finish? That is not a common finish on Oak. Is it possible that it is supposed to be a Natural Finish on Red Oak. Red Oak is a species of wood.
