Notes from Site Visit for JBSA Randolph Airshow Fencing – 25 Sep 15 @ 09:00 AM

- The snow fence/mesh (when utilized) must go all the way to the ground. There cannot be any gaps or opening between the ground/fence. Snow fence/mesh will be used to help prevent any trash from potentially being sucked into any airplane engine.

- Whomever is awarded the contract will be able to stage fencing and all supplies prior to the event starting. Staging may be coordinated in advance.

- JBSA Randolph will be providing 1,200 sandbags that may be used to secure the temporary fencing. Government personnel will be available for the placement of sandbags as needed.

- Delivery trucks will be allowed to drive to all areas in which fencing will be placed.

- Services required will be for set-up and tear down of the temporary fence only. There will be no standby requirement for personnel to remain on-site for the weekend.

- The Government will provide install windows beginning on Thursday and running through the night in order to be complete by mid-day Friday. Contractor will be expected to be flexible in order to work around flightline activities.
