About this file

This Statement of Work (SOW) details aircraft latrine services for C-130J/WC-130J aircraft stationed at Keesler Air Force Base in Mississippi. The contractor will be responsible for cleaning and recharging aircraft lavatories, with service requirements spanning normal duty hours (6:00am to 11:30pm CST Monday-Friday) and potential 24/7 operations during Hurricane and Winter storm seasons. Key performance expectations include responding to service requests within 2 hours, beginning routine work within 24 hours and expedited work within 12 hours, and potentially servicing 1-20 aircraft daily.

The SOW specifies detailed requirements for contractor employees, including obtaining annual base access passes, maintaining clearly labeled vehicles, and following strict protocols for accessing restricted areas. Cleaning and recharging services must adhere to specific United States Air Force Technical Orders, with waste disposal conducted at off-base collection sites. The contractor may be required to service aircraft at an alternate location (Combat Readiness Training Center in Gulfport, MS) during base runway shutdowns, and must be prepared to wait up to an hour for aircraft to land and be secured before performing services. Compliance with USAF, OSHA, and other safety and environmental regulations is mandatory.
