About this file
This Statement of Work (SOW) outlines aircraft lavatory cleaning and recharging services for C-130J/WC-130J aircraft at Keesler Air Force Base in Mississippi. The contractor will be responsible for performing services on 1-20 aircraft per day, responding to service requests within 2 hours, and beginning work within 12-24 hours depending on request urgency. Services must comply with USAF technical orders, safety regulations, and environmental requirements, including proper waste disposal at an off-base collection site.
Key operational requirements include obtaining annual base access passes, using clearly marked and maintained vehicles with wheel chocks, requiring flight line escorts in restricted areas, and being prepared to service aircraft at an alternate location (Combat Readiness Training Center in Gulfport) during runway shutdowns. The 403d Wing operates primarily Monday-Friday from 6:00am to 11:30pm, with extended 24/7 operations during hurricane season. Contractors must maintain a professional appearance, have appropriate identification, and follow strict protocols when accessing and servicing aircraft lavatories.
