1. Are there drawings of the room available?

a. No

2. A. What type of ceiling is in the room (i.e. drop, tile, or hard deck)?

a. Drop B. If drop tile, 2x2, 2x4 or some other size?

3. 15” x 10’ sliding component storage panel – assuming this is 15” x 10”, not 10’.

Not certain where this came from as no “sliding component storage panel” is not mentioned in the SOO

4. A. Is the Samsung display mentioned already installed or does it need included in the quote?

B. If needed included in quote just 1 display?

a. Already installed.

b. Not needed

5. Is the videoconference mostly Teams, Zoom, Webex or a combination of all?

a. Mostly Teams but may use Zoom.

6. Are there any requirement for wireless display of BYOD content to any of the displays?

All BYOD will be government laptops.

7. A. What furniture is in the room (i.e. fixed conference table, multiple tables)?

B. Can we see a picture of the table?

8. A. Is there a connection center (Cable Cubby) in the table?

B. If yes, how many and what is the connectivity in the connection center (HDMI, USB, USB-C, Displayport, VGA, power, other)?

9. Is there a conduit pathway from the display location to the table?

10. A. For the Control system is their one required? Please refer to the SOO paragraph f B. If yes, vendor preference – Crestron, Altona, AMX, Control4, other? Creston preferred but not required as long the vendor meets the requirements listed in the SOO.
