Audio Visual (A/V) System – STATEMENT OF OBJECTIVES (SOO) 4 September 2024
a. The contractor shall design solution, deliver, install, configure, test, and provide on-site support for components of an A/V system for a 20’ x 37’ conference room.
b. The A/V system shall be configured for audio/video input/output only with a HP 830 G7 GFE laptop with no other communications necessary.
c. The A/V system shall be configured for audio/video input/output with Samsung QB85R-N GFE TV via HDMI.
d. The A/V system shall not rely on cloud-services and/or internet connectivity.
e. The A/V system must be in compliance with NDAA requirements.
f. The A/V system shall be comprised of the following components:
· Minimum 7” Touch Panel w/ Table Top Mount (user can control all functionality of system, on/off, mute, camera from conference table touch panel)
· All-In-One presentation switcher, audio processor, amplifier
· High-sound quality Ceiling Speakers to support a (20’W, 37’L) Conference Room
· Beam Tracking or Beam Forming Array Microphones (Ceiling mounted)
· IP camera (minimum UHD quality) w/ wall mount and USB Bridge
g. The A/V system shall be housed in a cabinet enclosed rack. Utilization of existing presenter cabinet preferred if possible.
h. The contractor shall include all necessary cables/extensions/etc. to terminate equipment at appropriate points and hide cables from view.
i. All equipment must be plug-n-play via USB ports. No additional software will be permitted on the Air Force network.
j. The contractor shall provide user training, troubleshooting training, and digital copies of any use/troubleshoot documentation for four people.
k. The contractor shall provide on-site support within 72-hrs of a trouble ticket submission for issues with equipment during period of warranty.
