About this file

This document contains questions and answers regarding the federal contract opportunity for the Harrison Court Fam Camp Fence Repair project. The project involves repairing and replacing fencing around the Harrison Court Family Camp located at Keesler Air Force Base in Biloxi, Mississippi. Schedule 40 or SS40 pipe will be acceptable for fence posts and rails. Clearing will be required up to six feet on both sides of the new fence lines. The contractor is responsible for removing all tree stumps and branches and disposing them at a permitted facility. A grade beam and mow strip will be required. The fence line locations will generally follow the existing fences but may be adjusted based on site conditions such as wetlands or vegetation, which will be determined through an on-site meeting with the Contracting Officer.
