About this file

This document is a Sources Sought Synopsis issued by the 42d Contracting Squadron at Maxwell Air Force Base, seeking external partners to provide education and development opportunities for U.S. Space Force Guardians. The primary objective is to develop cutting-edge curriculum in three key areas: Cybersecurity, Joint Planning Process, and Artificial Intelligence familiarization. The government is specifically looking to leverage external expertise due to limited USSF staffing, with the contractor expected to furnish all necessary equipment, including delivery, assembly, disassembly, and training.

The synopsis outlines specific response requirements for potential vendors, including submission of general company information, business type, NAICS codes, and capabilities related to the educational curriculum. Responses must be submitted via email to Jordan Johnson (Contract Specialist) and Jeremy Kersey (Contracting Officer) by 12:00 P.M. Central Standard Time on 24 March 2025. Importantly, this is not a formal solicitation, and respondents are advised not to submit proposals. The government may incorporate portions of responses into a future solicitation and discourages submission of competition-sensitive or proprietary information. The attached draft Statement of Requirements (SOR) will provide additional details for interested vendors.
