Description of Requirement
| Contractor to provide aircraft and maintenance necessary to conduct Introductory Flight Screening for foreign military students. |
| To provide personnel, aircraft, training aids, supervision, materials, maintenance, equipment, transportation, lodging, dining, and medical/dental services |
| Training to be IAW Performance-based PWS and formal course syllabus |
| Air Force to retain program oversight with military flight instructors (MFIs) |
