About this file

This document appears to be a Questions and Answers (Q&A) document for an interior floor refinishing project involving concrete epoxy application and expansion joint repair. The project covers multiple areas including a Communication Room, Kitchen, two bathrooms, Conference Room, and Office space, which will all receive a High Performance Epoxy Primer and Finish System. Key technical details include using RS-88 Polyurea Joint Filler for ½ inch joints with 2-inch depth, and alternative products are permitted if they meet or exceed Sherwin Williams technical specifications. The project falls under Davis-Bacon Act wage requirements, with a General Maintenance Worker wage determination of $28.67 plus 42.9% fringe benefits. A site visit is not mandatory, and detailed drawings and pictures are available to provide project context. Some outstanding information remains unconfirmed, such as the manufacturer of the cove base and potential rebar exposure in the concrete surface.
