About this file
This Statement of Work (SOW) details an urgent air conditioner repair project for Building 15312 at Duke Field, 96th TW facility. The scope involves repairing five non-functioning air conditioning units before additional units fail. Specific repair requirements include replacing evaporator coils on units A, H, G, and F; replacing the compressor on unit G; and replacing the condensing fan motor for unit J. All units are Bard brand, exterior wall-mounted, with 3-ton capacity.
Detailed repair specifications for each unit include installing new evaporator coils, evacuating and recharging systems with R410A refrigerant, and performing additional component replacements such as drier and capacitor replacements. Unit G requires extensive work, including a 2.0-ton compressor change-out, blower motor replacement, and refrigerant recovery. The repairs are critical to prevent further system failures and maintain operational capabilities at the facility.
