About this file
This document is a Questions and Answers (Q&A) file for the Lenel Nebula Access Control System solicitation (FA282325Q0017) issued by the Department of the Air Force Materiel Command Test Center. The Q&A addresses three key aspects of the contract: customer-supplied equipment, workstation requirements, and installation infrastructure. The government will provide card readers/keypads, LSP4 enclosures, AL600 power supply's, and Lenel dual card readers, while the installer is responsible for supplying a specific workstation configuration (Optiplex SFF with Windows 11 Pro, 16GB RAM, 24MB 14C 3GHz processor, 512GB SSD, DVD drive, 24" monitor, keyboard, and mouse). For electrical and piping installation, AFRL has engaged a construction contractor to provide power and pathways for the Access Control System (ACS) equipment.
