The SOW requires the vendor to provide 3,500 linear feet of 4' H x 10' W fence panels. Delivery and setup must be completed on Friday, December 13, 2024, beginning at 1000 hours at Hangar C, with the fencing in the parking area and along Lighthouse Road. The vendor is responsible for delivering, setting up, and tearing down the fencing, while the Air Force personnel and volunteers will handle the final placement and scrim attachment. Teardown must be completed by 1500 on Saturday, December 14, 2024, following the race start. The vendor is required to provide all necessary labor and equipment for the setup and teardown tasks. The fencing must be in good working condition, with no bent, broken, or missing legs, and the overall appearance should be cosmetically appealing.
The related federal contract opportunity, Solicitation Number FA252125R0001, is being issued by the Department of the Air Force Space Command for the 10 Miler Race fencing requirements.
