AOI #4: ID Card Office Customer Flow and Service Management Question 1 (AOI #4):

Long wait times only pertain to Wednesdays (our walk-in day). One reason is lack of opportunities for “walk-in” appointments. Currently, we only offer one walk-in day per week on Wednesdays which causes an influx of customers on that day. The second reason is that customers lack required documentation. On occasion, customers without the documentation express dissatisfaction and create further bottlenecks in servicing those with the required documents. On appointment days, there is no line to “hold up” because people come in during their scheduled appointment.
