Solicitation Number: FA252119QB094 Answers to Vendor Questions #2
1. How often does the A&FRC staff make marketing requests?
Answer- Marketing request are made at least a month prior to event but there are occasions a short notice event may occur.
2. What is the usual turn-around time for obtaining marketing resources?
Answer- One week.
3. Will the information on video feeds/displays need to be created based on information about the events or will the uploaded material be pre-developed and provided by the A&FRC?
Answer- The information will need to be created.
4. Do the hours 7:30 am – 4:30 pm include a 1-hour lunch break?
Answer- Yes.
5. At the close of each work period, contractor shall secure all equipment and materials in accordance with established procedures, can you please outline what the established procedures are??
Answer- Turn off computers and lock room
6. What DOL WD equivalent are you using for the Technician Support Position?
Answer- per Labor Rep, the classification of employees is a contractor/employer responsibility. Contracting agency has no enforcement or compliance authority for SCA related issues.
7. Can you clarify the submission date? The RFP states “Friday, 10 Sep”, but 10 Sep is a Tuesday.
Answer- Submission date will be Tuesday, 10 Sept
8. How many computers, printers, and peripherals in the Discovery Center require contractor support? (please quantify)?
Answer- 4 computers, 2 scanners, and 2 printers.
9. How many wi-fi hotspots in the A&FRC require contractor support?
Answer- Two.
10. What network monitoring tools are used to provide wi-fi health and status, if any?
Answer- There aren’t any network monitoring tools used to provide wi-fi health and status.
11. How is customer satisfaction feedback captured?

12. Are any Network Monitoring and Analysis Tools currently available and/or being utilized to aid the Technician in monitoring and analyzing the network?
Answer- No
13. How is accuracy measured on the performance requirement?
Answer- This is listed in the Service Summary
14. How is the quarterly Customer Satisfaction requirement measured and determined?
Answer- Through ICE. Link is provided in question #17.
15. The only qualification I’m able to see in the PWS is “Speak, write, read, and understand the English language fluently”, per section 7.0. Please confirm if candidates are required to have any additional experience and/or qualification.
Answer- As per Section 3.0, Personnel must have a strong working knowledge and capability to operate data entry device(s) to input lists, records, or other data points into an electronic format. Personnel must have a strong working knowledge of GotoWebinar and MS Office Suite Products. Should be familiar with military rank structure, within a customer support and business environment.
16. Do you require a 5 panel or 10 panel drug screen?
Answer- No
17. Would you like resumes submitted as part of the response?
Answer- No thank you.
18. What does FOB apply to in the context of this solicitation?
Answer- Freight on Board. This is inserted into all solicitations, however this does not apply to this solicitation.
19. The solicitation includes this statement: “The Government will evaluate offers for award purposes by adding the total price for all options to the total price for the basic requirement.” What are the options the statement are referring to?
Answer- There are no options for this solicitation, therefore the total price will reflect only the requirement of one year.
20. Is the Badge Request required to be completed and submitted with the response?
Answer- No, Badge request will only be completed by the vendor who is awarded the contract.
21. Will training be available for the AFFIRST system if contractor does not have experience using it?
Answer- Yes
