Solicitation Number: FA252119QB094 Answers to Vendor Questions #1
1. Is there an incumbent currently performing the work?
Answer- No. This is a new position/requirement.
2. Please confirm if the requirement is only for Monday and not a Monday-Friday position?
Answer- The requirement IS for a Monday-Friday position.
3. What was the award value, total hours, the start and end for the performance on the exiting contract?
Answer- This is a new position so there is not an existing contract.
4. Which DOL Labor Category Code is the correct code for the position(s) referenced in the requirement?
Answer- per Labor Rep, the classification of employees is a contractor/employer responsibility. Contracting agency has no enforcement or compliance authority for SCA related issues.
5. How many FTEs are required for the services?
Answer- One.
6. How many hours are anticipated per FTE, i.e. 1920 or 2080?
Answer- 1,920 hours.
7. Does the government have a preferred price sheet we should use?
Answer- Use bit schedule in solicitation as part of quote.
8. The description of the requirement posted on FedBizOps, indicates that the NAICs Code is 561110 with a size standard of $8.0M. However, the Office of Administrative Services list the size standard as $7.5 M. Please confirm if this is an oversight.
Answer- Effective 19 August the size standard increased from $7.5M to $8.0M.
9. Does the Contracting Company need to have an office in or around Brevard County?
Answer- No
10. You have highlighted 23370 - General Maintenance Worker 17.61 on the SCA Wage Determination, are we to assume this is the labor category the AF wishes to apply?
Answer- Highlighted salary section for General Maintenance worker hourly salary was mistakenly highlighted. An updated SCA Wage Determination was uploaded on 30 Aug with no salary wage column highlighted.
11. Does the contracting company need to hold a facility clearance?
Answer- No
12. Can you please verify if the title page and table of contents will count toward the page count for each of the referenced volumes? (Technical Volume, Price Volume, Past Performance Volume) Answer- The title page and table of contents will not count toward the page count
13. What is total contract amount of the incumbent?
Answer- There is no contract amount due to this being a new requirement.
14. Are there any areas of opportunity for current contractor that the end user could provide in relation to performance of the contract?
Answer- There is not due to this being a new requirement.
15. Is the position filled and how long has the current candidate worked on the assignment?
Answer- This is a new position/requirement.
