PERFORMANCE WORK STATEMENT

FOR

45 SW AIRMAN & FAMILY READINESS CENTER

TECHNICIAN SUPPORT

1.0 SCOPE OF WORK

Requirement includes technical services for the Airman & Family Readiness Center (A&FRC) to include managing, scheduling and operating the Webinar system in support of classes and programs; computer support on the use of GotoWebinar, MS Office Suite products, data entry as required to maintain currency within the Air Force Family Integrated Result Statistical Tracking (AFFIRST) database system and other web applications specified by Air Force; coordination of A&FRC staff marketing requests to support programs and services; coordination of required actions with the on-base organizations to obtain marketing resources. The A&FRC is located 842 Falcon Avenue, Patrick AFB FL 32925 and this is the principal place of performance.

2.0 HOURS OF WORK

Services are required during the A&FRC service hours of 07:30am to 4:30pm Monday. The contractor is not required to perform service on Federal Holidays or Family down days.

2019 Federal Holidays are:

1 January 2019 21 January 2019 18 February 2019 27 May 2019 4 July 2019 2 September 2019 14 October 2019 11 November 2019 28 November 2019 25 December 2019

2019 Family Days are:

18 January 2019 15 February 2019 24 May 2019 5 July 2019 30 August 2019 11 October 2019 29 November 2019 24 December 2019 31 December 2019

2020 Federal Holidays are:

1 January 2020 20 January 2020 17 February 2020 25 May 2020 3 July 2020 7 September 2020 12 October 2020 11 November 2020 26 November 2020 25 December 2020

2020 Family Days will be provided once they become available.

3.0 CONTRACTOR PERSONNEL

Personnel must have a strong working knowledge and capability to operate data entry device(s) to input lists, records, or other data points into an electronic format. Personnel must have a strong working knowledge of GotoWebinar and MS Office Suite Products. Should be familiar with military rank structure, within a customer support and business environment.

4.0 DESCRIPTION OF SERVICES

Provide services as identified below in order to support the Airman & Family Readiness Center.

4.1 Input case management and resources in the AFFIRST system. This information and notes shall be maintained at 95% accuracy at all times.

4.2 Assist customers in the Discovery room with computer access. Account for resource integrity and ensure safeguards are in place to prevent the loss of materials. The Contractor will conduct weekly checks of client computer usage, insuring that computers are being used for job search functions, relocation issues, deployment contacts, and not for unauthorized Internet sites. Maintain the appearance of the Discovery Resource Center. Report inoperable equipment to A&FRC management.

4.3 Coordinate, schedule, provide logistic support, develop webinar process and procedures, and conduct analysis of all webinars.

4.4 Perform minor troubleshooting on Wi-Fi, computers, printers, TVs and DVD players to include keeping printers operational by changing toner cartridges, ensuring cables are connected, assisting with using remote controls and ensuring customers know how to use equipment.

4.5 Coordinate with the A&FRC staff marketing requests to support the programs and services and then coordinate required actions with the on-base organizations to obtain the marketing resources. Update the video feeds displayed on the three marketing outreach televisions located in the A&FRC. Update the weekly board reflecting projected classes, programs and events.

4.6 Coordinate with and obtain rosters from Program Services Manager in support of Transition Assistance Program. Extract and format data from rosters and provide to TAP manager. Formatted data will accurately identify all personnel within 365 days of retirement or separation from active duty. Data will be input into Department of Defense TAP system.

5.0 SECURITY REQUIREMENTS

5.1 Physical Security. The contractor shall be responsible for safeguarding all government property made available for contractor use. At the close of each work period, contractor shall secure all equipment and materials in accordance with established procedures.

5.2 A Common Access Card will be required in performance of the contract.

5.3 Return all identification badges prior to contract expiration or termination of service.

5.4 Contractor’s identification should be visible at all times

6.0 CONTROLS OVER WORK

The COR shall be responsible for reporting on compliance of the contract in accordance with Service Summary and provide oversight on a monthly basis as required. Contracting Officer is the only person authorized to make changes to contract.

7.0 OTHER SIGNIFICANT FACTORS/QUALIFICATIONS

7.1 Speak, write, read and understand the English language fluently.

7.2 Dress in appropriate business attire while in performance of contract. Hats are not appropriate attire; however head covers that are required for religious purposes or to honor cultural traditional are allowed.

8.0 INSTALLATION SUPPORT

The Government shall provide workspace, desk, personal computer, associated equipment, and office supplies. Office will be located in building 722 room 106.
