SITE VISIT RULES OF ENGAGEMENT
6 Sep 2018 @ 0900
The purpose of this site visit is to allow prospective offerors the opportunity to inspect the site where the work is to be performed. The purpose of this site visit is to allow prospective offerors the opportunity to inspect the site where the work is to be performed in accordance with FAR
52.237-1 SITE VISIT.
It will be assumed all attendees are familiar with the solicitation and all attachments (i.e.
Performance Work Statement and Price Worksheet.) available at (https://www.fbo.gov/).
Ensure you have a valid driver's license ready for 45SFS personnel to verify your identification for access.
Everyone will be required to sign in; therefore, please meet at the North Gate Pass & ID at least 15 minutes prior to the site visit. You can park your vehicle in the adjacent parking lot.
All attendees will be able to view the sites located at Patrick AFB, FL:
The Program Manager, Adam Carden, will be available for questions; HOWEVER, the intent of this site visit is for all offerors to receive the same information. Therefore, ALL questions asked at this site visit and any further questions shall be submitted in writing no later than 5:00 PM EST on 10 Sep 2018 to support the proposal closing date (3:00 PM EST on 14 Sep 2018) using the Question and Answer (Q & A) Template provided as attachment 5 under RFQ FA2521-18-Q-A005 (https://www.fbo.gov/). All questions and answers will be posted to FBO.gov by 5: 00 PM EST on 12 Sep 2018.
This will allow questions to be answered in a timely manner and not jeopardize the proposal closing date/time.
