The website references 80 non-access days to be included in the 740 calendar days of the performance period. This information was only located on the website, we have not found this in the actual IFB. In addition, with the very aggressive launch schedule at CCAFS, FL we have previously experienced extensive no excavation, no manhole access, equipment fall back requirements, no switching for outages as well as non-access days. We feel 80 non-access is insufficient for this scope of work. Please confirm 80 non-access days.
