About this file
This document is a Requirement Synopsis issued by the United States Space Force for the procurement and installation of a replacement SGLS Antenna and Rigid Radome at the Det C site in Finegayan, Guam. The Space Acquisition & Integration Office (SAIO) plans to award the contract on 25 August 2025, with an estimated project value between $9M and $13M. The acquisition will be a small business set-aside, utilizing NAICS code 334511 and product service code 5985, and will include two primary Contract Line Item Numbers (CLINs): CLIN 0001 for a ViaSat Antenna (including build, delivery, installation, and warranty) and CLIN 0002 for construction services to repair the existing antenna pad.
The requirement stems from damage to an existing SGLS antenna during typhoon Mawar in May 2023, necessitating a replacement. The contract will involve site preparation, rebuilding the ring wall, and installing electrical items for antenna operation. A ViaSat antenna is specified due to compatibility with existing equipment, and a justification for this sole-source aspect will be included in the solicitation. Interested parties can contact the Contracting Officer Eduardo Vazquez Ortiz or Contracting Specialist Justin Arnold for additional information about the opportunity.
