About this file
This memorandum documents site visit questions and answers for the Cheyenne Mountain Space Force Station (CMSFS) Carpet Installation solicitation (FA251725Q0041). The document provides detailed clarifications about the carpet installation project, including key logistical and technical details such as material delivery (to building 322 warehouse), handling of anchored furniture (carpet will be installed flush to furniture bases), and electronic equipment handling (vendors are not responsible for relocating workstation electronics). Additional site visit insights include confirmation that trailers can be brought onto the installation per SOW section 6.5, and an existing threshold will be carefully removed and reinstalled during the carpet replacement process. Vendors were informed that escort expenses should be included in their initial quote, and a list of approved escorts has been added to the solicitation. The solicitation is a 100% Small Business Set-Aside under NAICS code 238330 for Flooring Contractors, with a size standard of $19,000,000.
