About this file
This notice provides details for a sole source contract opportunity with the Port of Seattle for moorage and utilities for the NOAA Ship Fairweather. The NOAA Marine Operations Center intends to negotiate solely with the Port of Seattle to provide approximately 250 feet of pier space with at least 25 feet of clearance at the Mean Lower Low Water mark from March 8 through April 12, 2024. The space must be gated and secure with 24-hour access. Interested parties have 15 days to submit documentation to justify a competitive procurement rather than a sole source award. The notice provides points of contact at NOAA for any parties wishing to submit such documentation for consideration.
