Question and Answers from Site Visit April 12, 2010 1:00pm 1.On the statement of work you do not list that you want the offices to contain wireless, however when we were conducting the walk it was the understanding of the dorm manager that the offices were to be included.
ANSWER:Paragraph 6.6 of the SOW indicates exact location will be identified during the survey. It is my understanding Bldg. 13323 (Snark) currently is a dorm mangers office. The office is being converted to a day room.
2.Are repeaters allowed on the poles?
ANSWER:Poles are real property and will need to be worked through 30 CES. The prospective contractor will need to complete a AF Form 332, Base Civil Engineer Work Request identifying the work to be accomplished.
3.Is the contractor responsible for the computers in GI Java to have wireless?
ANSWER: No. GI Java will need to provide wireless antennas for their own computers.
4.Are there chase ways between buildings?
ANSWER:No.
