About this file

This is an attachment (ATCH 07) for a Payment Card Industry (PCI) Data Security Standard (DSS) Audit Readiness contract with a base period of twelve months and four optional years. The document outlines a detailed delivery schedule with multiple Contract Line Item Numbers (CLINs) that include key deliverables such as project planning, strategic compliance roadmap refinement, risk assessment, incident response planning, documentation support, security control implementation, vulnerability management, and merchant services optimization. Major milestones include creating a Project Plan and RASCI matrix within 60 days of contract award, conducting a comprehensive PCI DSS audit, developing a Report on Compliance (ROC), and providing ongoing support for audit preparation and compliance verification.

The contract requires the contractor to deliver various reports and support services, with specific deadlines for each CLIN. Critical deliverables include an Executive Summary, Scope of Assessment, Methodology, Detailed Findings, Validation of Compliance, and Training & Awareness Support. The primary focus is on identifying and addressing compliance gaps in PCI DSS regulations across Air Force Service and Vice Command (AFSVC) installations worldwide. Deliverables are to be submitted and approved by the Contracting Officer Representative (COR), with most initial tasks required within 60-90 days of contract award and ongoing support throughout the contract period.
