About this file

This document is a proprietary rights statement regarding Google Workspace and Chrome Enterprise license management for Domain 366TRS.ORG. The statement highlights that Google policy permits only one vendor to manage licenses on a domain during the performance period, which in this case is Daston Corporation. If another vendor were to win a competitive Request for Quote (RFQ), the end user would be required to generate a transfer token, effectively restarting the license term and forcing the customer to repay for the existing 900 licenses they have already purchased. This unique policy constraint effectively ensures Daston's continued management of the licensing for this specific domain.

Text version

The license will be used on Domain 366TRS.ORG. to coincide with the end date for the existing licenses. Google policy states that only 1 vendor can manage licenses on a domain during the period of performance and as such Daston is the only vendor able to deliver the pro-rated pricing. Should another vendor win a competitive RFQ, the end user would be forced to generate a transfer token which would than start the new license term over and the customer would have to cover the costs again for the existing 900 licenses it has already paid for.
