Answer: Additional training enhancements mean we may need to make revisions to the training program. Pricing for this service should include: Labor Category, Hourly Rate and estimated number of
Labor Hours.
2. Para 1.2 “We also require an assessment tool that helps identify the strengths of recruiters and recruiting leaders with guidance on how to screen, select and coach them to success, along with training on how to translate the assessment.” Are the expenses associated with the assessment tool expected to go into CLIN 0004 Support?

Answer: The assessment is not used to select people for recruiting duty.
5. Can you clarify the training requirements with respect to translating the assessment? Is there a certain number of classes per year with a defined number of participants? PWS 2.0 shows annual estimated numbers for all our classes.
Answer: Translating, meaning be able to provide students how to enhance their weaknesses in order to become more successful in the area being taught.
