Industry Generated Questions
**The answer to question number 11 from Amendment 0001 has been revised.***
11. PWS 1.2.9: Trainer support days not to exceed 5 days. Will this 5 days be virtual with groups, virtual by individual trainer, or face to face with groups or individuals or a combination with the Contractor’s Master Trainer? How many of the Certified Trainers will be included?
Answer: Yes, a face-to-face is needed with the Contractor’s Trainer. Could be a large group or could be just a handful of individuals. We would like approx. 10 to be included.
Q1. “10 Trainers be certified as master trainers”. This requirement is not referenced anywhere in the PWS. If the Contractor is responsible for Master Trainining10 AFRS Trainers, what is the contractor’s role in conducting certification classes beyond Base Year? Once you have a cadre of Master Trainers, do you expect the Contractor to continue to conduct certification courses, as shown on Attachment #1 – Schedule of Supplies and Services CLIN 0001, 1001, 2001, 3001 and 4001?
Answer 1: Paragraph 2.0 of the PWS was revised to reflect yearly number of classes, participants, and materials in order to properly quote in attachment #1 of the Schedule of Supplies. Yes, the contractor is expected to continue to conduct courses.
Q2. Yes. Contractor is responsible for printing costs. PWS 1.5.1, 1.6,1 states all materials will be delivered electronically and via digital content except wall charts. Is the Contractor responsible for printing and shipping hard copies of all 6500 sets of materials? If yes, is the expectation materials are printed color?
Answer 2: IAW 1.5.1 All materials, except wall charts, will be provided in electronic format and compatible with Air Force used systems (e.g., Internet Explorer 11, Microsoft Office 2013). Wall charts will be the only allowable printing and shipping cost for this requirement. Wall Charts can be printed in black and white (no color).
Q3. It appears the responses are referencing Trainer Certification mastery, i.e. “demonstration of training techniques”. Our question is concerning PWS 1.2.10 – the Recruiter Strengths Assessments.
a. What is the purpose of the Recruiter Strengths Assessment?
Answer a: The Recruiter Strengths Assessment will be a tool for supervisors to use to observe, and ultimately strengthen recruiter’s sales abilities and to pinpoint strengths and weaknesses.
b. If the assessment data will be used for career advancement, it will need to be designed with construct validity. Please confirm.
Answer b: This assessment will not be used for career advancement.
c. In order to be able to provide pricing for the Recruiter Strengths Assessment, will the Assessments be knowledge tests via online surveys, observed/scored sales labs, peer/leader feedback?
Answer c: The Recruiter Strengths Assessment will be an assessment in a Microsoft Word Document and needs to provide peer/leader feedback on observed sales calls.
d. Is it expected the Strengths Assessment be administered pre course or post course?
Answer d: Post Course.
e. Does “execute” the assessment mean the Contractor is expected to design the assessment questions, manage the online administration and coordinate the responses for all Recruiters?
Answer e: The contractor is expected to design the assessment questions, administer and coordinate with all Recruiters.
f. Please confirm the Contractor is responsible for training the Leaders to interpret and provide the feedback to all the Recruiters?
Answer f: The Contractor is responsible for training the Leaders to interpret and provide the feedback to all the recruiters.
