About this file
This document is a Questions and Answers (Q&A) record from a federal solicitation addressing contractor inquiries regarding product specifications and project scope.
The government clarified that equivalent products from manufacturers other than those specified are acceptable provided they meet all required specifications, indicating the manufacturer is recommended rather than mandatory. Regarding the existing furniture requiring removal and disposal, the government identified the scope to include 12 current cubicle desk configurations, several broken chairs, 3-6 additional cubicle panels, associated back-to-back/front-to-front (B/B/F) metal cabinets, and associated file cabinets with each cubicle. The government denied a request to extend the solicitation due date, confirming the original deadline remains in effect. No pricing, award date, federal agency designation, or specific contract vehicle information is provided in this Q&A document.
