About this file
This is a Statement of Work (SOW) for a Security Systems Service Maintenance Agreement between Nellis Air Force Base (AFB) 99th Security Forces and a contractor to maintain critical surveillance and security equipment on a 24/7/365 basis.
The contract covers preventive and corrective maintenance services for government-owned CCTV, Pan-Tilt-Zoom (PTZ) cameras, and related surveillance equipment located at three sites on Nellis AFB in Las Vegas, Nevada: 99th Security Gates, Flight Line PTZs, and Armory Internal System. The period of performance is one base year (September 1, 2026 through August 31, 2027) plus four option years extending through August 31, 2031. The contractor must conduct four quarterly scheduled preventive maintenance (SPM) visits annually during business hours (Monday-Friday, 7:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. local time), scheduled minimum two weeks in advance. Each visit involves system tune-ups to ensure equipment operates within factory specifications. The contractor must establish and maintain an equipment logbook documenting all covered equipment, locations, serial numbers, and maintenance activities. Corrective maintenance is performed upon Government approval of repair cost estimates; the Government procures all replacement parts and consumables. Deliverables include quarterly preventive maintenance services, updated equipment logs after each SPM visit, seventy-five Milestone XProtect Care Plus 5-Year Device Licenses at contract start, and repair cost estimates as needed. The SOW explicitly excludes replacement parts and labor costs for repairs beyond SPM scope, consumable items, operator training, off-site transportation, and service calls related to operator error. The covered equipment list includes two BCDVideo servers and approximately 185 Hanwha Vision cameras and related devices across various models and locations.
