About this file

This document is a Questions and Answers (QnA) file for solicitation F3G0CB5126AW01 for 31 CTS JITTC-N Trailer Furniture, providing clarifications about the federal contract opportunity. Key details include confirmation that this is a Woman-Owned Small Business (WOSB) set-aside procurement for furniture installation at Nellis Air Force Base, with specific requirements for high-pressure laminate (HPL) work surfaces, 2" and 3" thick panels, and furniture for 49 workstations, two offices, a break room, and a conference room. The QnA addresses multiple contractor questions regarding delivery logistics, site access, furniture specifications, and installation parameters.

Significant clarifications include: office chairs are not included in the requirement, no existing furniture needs removal, a ramp is available for trailer access, fabric interior with tackboards is permitted, task lighting is not required, and only the prime contractor must be a certified WOSB. Contractors can stage delivery containers and dumpsters in an adjacent area, and larger overhead sizes may be acceptable if they do not impact total workstation quantities. The solicitation emphasizes that this is an "all or none" requirement with a lowest-priced, technically acceptable (LPTA) evaluation approach, with quotes due on Monday, 21 July 2025 at 1000 PDT.
