About this file
This Statement of Work (SOW) outlines the requirements for furniture installation at Nellis Air Force Base for the 31st Combat Training Squadron. The contractor must install office furniture in a modular trailer, including a L-shaped desk, cubicle walls, desk drawers, conference room table, and break room table and chairs, following the design provided by the customer. Key requirements include completing installation within six months, working standard hours of 7:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. Monday through Friday, and complying with various Air Force, federal, and local standards and codes.
The project involves delivering and assembling furniture at Nellis Air Force Base, with specific provisions for facility damage prevention, utility service interruptions, and adherence to the Nellis-Creech Installation Development and Design (ID2) Handbook. The contractor must conduct a pre-installation walk-through, be responsible for any damage caused during installation, and ensure furniture is free of defects. The work will be performed in a trailer with natural lighting, requiring off-road furniture delivery. The contractor must obtain necessary permits and coordinate any utility service interruptions with the 99th Civil Engineer Squadron.
